			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Participants will connect with each other and to nature through experiential education -a program accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).  In the beautiful bluff country of southeastern Minnesota, individuals will engage in classes in an outdoor setting which promotes learning in a manner not duplicated in a classroom.</p>
<p><strong>Highlights</strong>:  In planning for a residential experience, your group’s planning coordinator will work with the Residential Group Coordinator to create a specially designed program for your group.  There is a choice of 30 dynamic 3-hour daytime classes and 27 engaging evening activities, including but not limited to:</p>
